Membership Card: Annual Waiver Guidelines

Before we can issue your club membership card, we must receive a properly completed annual liability waiver form. If you are attending an event or arriving at VIR during normal week day business hours, you may be able to sign your annual or minor liability waivers here at the VIR Club office. We have two notary on staff. Contact the VIR Club Director to verify staff schedules. If you prefer to download and send in your annual liability waivers, please follow these steps:

• Download and print the waiver in full color. The RED text must be clearly printed.
• Sign the waiver before a notary and ensure that the form is properly notarized.
• Mail your forms to VIR Club Director, 1245 Pine Tree Road, Alton, VA 24520. You may also bring your original notarized form to us.
• Email a mugshot photo for your hard card to Amber Hairston at tickets@virnow.com.

We are unable to accept faxed or emailed annual waiver forms, or forms that are not printed in color with the red text sections clearly shown.
