It is an exciting time over at the Villa site! The walls for the first floor in building 6 should be up by July 7th. The remaining walls and roof should be complete by July 20th!! The interior package is nearing completion and display boards should be ready for viewing by August.
We have heard over and over that VIR is “Better then the Beach” and we think our demand for rentals will be better also! The demand for lodging has increased again this year and we have reprojected the rental income for those Villas being placed in the rental pool. We expect this upward trend to continue due to the addition of our new Group Sales Manager, Tim Stacer, growth in our track rentals and the expansion of businesses at VIR and Raceplex.
In case you missed the update on the website, we have purchased the land under the Villas and are able to pass the land purchase on to those units under contract for a small increase in the purchase price.
We expect to complete building 6 by October and already have a waitlist for rentals! Building 7 should be complete by year end and then we begin construction on Building 8.
