National Events

VIR conducts 4 national events, the Grand Am Rolex Series, the VIR Gold Cup, the Suzuki Big Kahuna AMA Superbike Nationals and the GT Live/Koni Challenge Weekend.  Prospective vendors at these events must apply to VIR 2 weeks in advance to cwalker@virclub.com.  For info, call Christa Walker, 434-822-7700, x 116.

Other Events

VIR has an exclusive relationship with CDOC www.cdoc.com for the sale of racing safety apparel, safety equipment, auto parts, fitments, supplies and consumables, publications and manuals, fan apparel, souvenirs and collectibles and VIR Licensed Goods.  If a vendor desires to sell such merchandise at a weekend other than a national event, the vendor must apply to CDOC at todd@cdoc.com with a copy to cwalker@virclub.com 3 weeks in advance for permission to engage in the sale of such merchandise.  This policy will be strictly enforced. 

Tire and Motorcycle Part Vendors

Excluded from the exclusivity provision above are tire vendors and motorcycle part vendors.  Should you wish to sell tires or motorcycle parts at VIR, you must apply to VIR 2 weeks in advance to cwalker@virclub.com or call Christa at 434-822-7700, x116.
