GT Live Interactive Motorsports Festival Bosch Engineering Grand-Am KONI Challenge Twin Six Hour Races
Bosch Engineering Grand-Am KONI Challenge Twin Six Hours for the series finales. Joining the KONI Challenge Grand Sport and Street Tuner classes, the 2009 slate includes the SCCA Pro Racing Playboy MX-5 Cup and the Skip Barber National Championship season finale. In past years, the races at VIR have determined season champions and the 2008 final race was decided in a last-lap pass at the Start/Finish line that saw Conor Daly just edge into the lead.

NASA Oktoberfast Roadracing and German Car Festival
National Auto Sport Association brings a new group to VIR spectators with their October 10-11 races. Always action-packed, with a wide variety of cars, from Cobra replicas to Pony car big iron and a slew of BMWs and Miatas, NASA races have something for everyone.

SCCA Charge of the Headlight Brigade 13-Hour Enduro
This 13-hour enduro race has grown into an international challenge, with teams of drivers from around the globe competing against local drivers and drivers from all across North America. This race has seen a Honda Civic win overall, finishing ahead of a Porsche, in the past. The 2008 'Headlight Brigade' went to a BMW, chased by an Acura, after 13 hours' racing over 321 laps on VIR's Full Course.

SCCA Trans-AM/Oak Tree Nationals
The Muscle Milk SCCA Trans-Am Series dates back to its first season in 1966. From 1966-1970, the series held a Championship to crown a Manufacturers' Champion. In 1971, a Drivers' Championship was formally adopted, with both Drivers' and Manufacturers' Championships being awarded through the 2005 season. The series was split into two classes from 1976-1979, crowning Champions in each division. In 2006, two additional races were held, although no Manufacturers' Champion was recognized.

Bosch Engineering 250 Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series
VIR hosts the season's signature sports car race: the Bosch Engineering 250 for the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series Daytona Prototypes and GT cars for the weekeend of April 24-26. Joining sleek, exotic Prototypes and thundering GT cars of the Rolex Series, SCCA's Pro Racing Jetta TDI Cup returns to the track that saw this series' inaugural race, plus the Star Mazda Championship and the Skip Barber National Championship open-wheeled excitement, all on VIR's historic Full Course. Another SCCA race, the SARRC/MARRS Challenge brings hundreds of road racing cars and drivers to VIR for May 9-10's weekend. With bragging rights at stake between North and South, the racing this weekend produces some of the biggest fields of the year, with one of last year's races starting over 90 cars!
